1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 30 MINS after successful payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on  public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Customized products such as photo prints, photo frames, ID cards, lamination, binding, or special stationery orders may require an additional 2 HOURS  for processing.

We provide reliable delivery services across India.

Standard Delivery

• Estimated delivery time: 2 HOURS

  Available for most cities and towns.

Express Delivery 

• Estimated delivery time: 30 MINS

• Additional charges may apply.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or remote location constraints.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: 15 – 25 (based on delivery location)

• Free Shipping: On orders above 60

• Express Shipping: Charges calculated at checkout

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email.

• You can track your order using the courier partner’s tracking link.

5. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.

• If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.

6. Damaged / Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive:

• A damaged item

• Wrong product

• Incorrect print or stationery item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

We will arrange:

• Replacement

• Exchange

• Or Refund (as per our return policy)

7. Delayed Delivery

In case of delays beyond the expected timeline:

• We will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner.

• PREM STUDIO AND STATIONERY is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or incorrect customer-provided address details.

8. Address Change

• Address changes can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Once the order is shipped, address changes may not be possible.

9. Shipping Coverage

• Currently, PREM STUDIO AND STATIONERY delivers within India only.

• International shipping is not available at this time.
