• Customized products such as photo prints, photo frames, ID cards, lamination, binding, or special stationery orders may require an additional 2–4 business days for processing.

• Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.

• If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

We will arrange:
